Coesia to Showcase Integrated Packaging Solutions at Interpack 2026
Coesia is set to present its vision for the future of packaging at Interpack 2026, themed “Powering What’s Next.” The company aims to demonstrate how intelligent automation, system integration, and sustainability can enhance efficiency and performance in the packaging industry. CEO Alessandro Parimbelli emphasized the need for these elements to work in harmony to deliver long-term value and predictability in manufacturing.
At the exhibition, Coesia will feature five integrated production lines tailored to key sectors, including Bars, Biscuits & Snacks, Pet Food, Pharma Solutions & Healthcare, and Skin & Sun Care. Each line is designed to reflect real manufacturing conditions and showcase how various technologies can operate cohesively.
In the Bars, Biscuits & Snacks sector, Coesia will introduce two integrated lines: the Chips line, which facilitates a seamless transition from primary packaging to multipack flow wrapping, and the Bars-in-Box line, which integrates wrapping, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing for confectionery products. These solutions emphasize high-speed operations and material efficiency, aligning with sustainability goals.
The Pet Food market will be addressed with the Pouch-to-Shelf line, which transforms flexible pouches into shelf-ready packaging, enhancing operational efficiency and product presentation. Coesia’s Pharma Solutions & Healthcare line will focus on regulatory compliance and traceability, integrating tube filling and cartoning into a synchronized workflow.
For the Skin & Sun Care sector, Coesia will present a compact solution that integrates tube filling, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing, ensuring high hygiene standards and premium product handling.
In addition to integrated lines, Coesia will showcase standalone technologies aimed at improving specific packaging phases. Innovations include ACMA’s FP EDGE flow wrapper for both plastic and paper materials, CITUS KALIX’s KX1103 EVO tube filler with rapid changeover capabilities, and FlexLink’s collaborative palletizers designed for safe human-machine interaction.
Sustainability remains a core focus for Coesia, with designs that prioritize material efficiency and compatibility with recyclable substrates. The company’s ESG-driven approach aims to help customers reduce their environmental impact while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Coesia’s Customer Service will also be highlighted, offering support throughout the equipment lifecycle to enhance performance and reduce operational costs.
