Poly-clip System to Showcase Sustainable Clip Packaging Solutions at Interpack 2026
Poly-clip System is set to highlight its innovative and sustainable packaging solutions at Interpack 2026, taking place from May 7-13 in Düsseldorf. The company aims to demonstrate its cross-industry expertise in packaging technologies applicable to a variety of sectors, including meat, dairy, pet food, and industrial applications.
Under the theme ‘The packaging company with less packaging,’ Poly-clip System emphasizes the efficiency of its clip packaging solutions, which can reduce material usage to just 1-2% of the total product compared to traditional packaging methods. This approach not only minimizes waste but can also decrease CO₂ emissions by up to 90%, according to an independent sustainability assessment by the Circular Analytics Institute.
Dr. Alexander Giehl, CEO of Poly-clip System, stated, “For us, sustainability is not an added benefit, but part of the system concept. Our solutions save material, reduce weight, and optimize logistics, contributing to CO₂ reduction across the entire value chain.”
At the event, Poly-clip will showcase applications for various products, including cream cheese, ready meals, and adhesives, highlighting the versatility of clip packaging beyond meat and sausage products. Giehl noted, “We don’t think in terms of product categories, but in terms of applications and efficiency potential.”
The company will also present a range of machinery suited for businesses of all sizes, featuring over 60 models that cater to different automation levels and price points. Attendees can explore machines from the compact SCH 600 for smaller operations to the highly automated FCA 160 XL designed for large-scale production.
Poly-clip System will be located at Hall 11, Booth E19 during the Interpack exhibition.
